the below qualifications:

Professional Attributes

Desired Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· Tech savvy

· 3 years of accounting experience required

· Very strong skills in Microsoft office, especially
Microsoft Excel is required.

· Prior audit experience for a public accounting firm
a plus

· Prior experience in the real estate industry a plus

· Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and
reporting software (e.g., Excel, Yardi, MRI).

· Strong understanding of GAAP principles and
financial reporting requirements for real estate investments.

· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and
integrity in financial reporting.
