At NorthBay Health the Manager, Strategy and Business Development participates in managing development and deployment of NorthBay Health’s strategic and business planning processes across all organizational entities and business units. Researches and leverages industry and local-market insight to provide direction and guidance to NorthBay leaders in developing strategically aligned initiatives and sound strategies for business development and optimization. Studies, leads and provides consultation on strategic growth opportunities by identifying and evaluating business opportunities, assists in developing corresponding business plans, and supporting implementation of new businesses that will serve to enhance the overall effectiveness and fiscal viability of NorthBay, and ensure the optimal level of healthcare delivery to the communities served. Works to help develop and manage the organization’s external physician alignment and retail growth strategies. Participates in developing and supporting the employer growth strategy.
