Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to represent the GoArmy Contact Center. As a Bilingual (Spanish) GoArmy Contact Center Representative, you will operate as an ambassador and represent the front lines of the U.S. Army. Our Call Center Representatives will be most people’s first interaction with the U.S. Army and the largest impact of the recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in collecting contact information from potential U.S. Army recruits
Provide immediate responses to telephone, chats, and social media inquiries
Receive and distribute leads to a local recruiter
The position pays an additional $4.23 HRLY Health and Wellness stipend.
Salary: From $15.87 per hour
