Small commercial real estate, construction and property management company looking to fill a Sr. Property Manager position to our team of friendly and experienced staff. We are looking for an experienced commercial property manager who has management, supervisory and people skills. This is a full-time position with occasional after-hours requirements. The position requires daily dispatch and management of maintenance crews and vendors, organization of all tenant requests, processing of work orders, and management of contracts and scheduling. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant requests and inquiries
- Oversee process of tenant maintenance requests
- Setup annual budgets and complete triple net reconciliations
- Review tenant delinquencies
