• Tenant Relations:

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that tenant leases and agreements are up to date and enforced in compliance with local regulations.

• Regularly inspect the properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Schedule routine maintenance and preventative measures to maintain property value.
• Conduct unit inspections to ensure safety and maintenance checks of units.

• Conduct property showings and screenings of potential tenants.
• Transact move in paperwork and inspections with tenants.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all local and state laws.

• Stay up to date with local and state housing laws and regulations.
• Ensure the property and its operations comply with all legal requirements, including safety and fair housing regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including maintenance and tenant communications.
• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication from tenants, property owners, and the property management team.

• Previous experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of local and state housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
