IMMEDIATE OPENING!!! Looking for an experienced director to work in a fast-paced environment located in the Greenspoint area. You must be creative, organized, flexible and able to multi-task with experience in all aspects of childcare. You must smile often, love people in general and children specifically! You must be director certified by the state of Texas! Applicant must be available Mon- Fri between 6am and 6:30pm.
Qualified applicants must have:
* Texas DFPS program director certification.
* a high school diploma or its equivalent.
* First Aid and CPR certifications.
* Minimum Experience: at least two (2) years as Director.
* Familiarity with Texas State standards and regulations applicable to a licensed childcare center.
* The necessary management and marketing skills to ensure maximum enrollment and profitability, as well as maintaining Licensing standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Familiar with the USDA Food Program.
* Familiar with Texas Rising Star guidelines

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the core skills of education administration and premium skills of higher education teaching.
- Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with parents, staff, and students, fostering positive relationships within the community.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the childcare facility and attract new families.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining records in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by maintaining First Aid Certification and CPR Certification.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that supports the relevant skills of teaching and experience working with students.
- Work towards continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices in childcare and education.
