Our competitive Assistant Director salaries range from $51,480 - $57,960 per year. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

As an Assistant Director you will:

• Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program quality and that the children's learning is effectively documented and visible
• Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
• Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred
