The qualifications and responsibilities for the Service Technician are as follows:

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience as a service technician is encouraged.
• Must be physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and standing for long extended periods of time.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work well with others and independently.
• Must own basic hand tools.
• Clean Driver's License
• Must be able to pass DOT physical.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic reviews of vehicles through the use of checklists, and confer with supervisor to discuss work to be performed and future repairs needs.
• Disassemble units and inspects parts for wear. Troubleshoot, install, and repair accessories.
• Perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect, test, and calibrate equipment.
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services.
• Maintaining equipment and documentation to meet standards.
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Follow all company practices and safety policies.
• Service management and leadership experience a plus.
