NDR Business Development Manager

We are looking for a seasoned sales executive who fits our company culture and will hit the ground running. This position requires the utmost integrity, a friendly, positive demeanor, and professionalism.

Required:

• Five years experience in outside sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, team player
• Organization and time management skills
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
• Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
• Familiarity with CRM software and ability to track sales activity, pipeline, and sales interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience using Dropbox and Zoom

Your Role:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis

· Follow up immediately on sales leads

· Manage the sales process from client consultations to negotiating contracts

· Assist the project coordinator during the pre-construction phase

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities

· Attend industry networking events 

· Maintain daily reporting accurately and efficiently in BuilderTrend CRM

· Develop trust between the client and NDR

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
