North Country Education Services is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Near Gorham, NH

The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and instruct students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders according to Individual Educational Plans (IEP), 504 Plans, and other team plans. Candidate must be licensed in New Hampshire as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) having graduated from ASHA accredited school of speech-language pathology with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).The ideal candidate must be independent but motivated by working as a member of the team, organized, show initiative, and have an up-to-date and confident knowledge of evaluation theory, tools, and practices. For the FY25 school year, this assignment will serve three schools in Coos County (northern NH). An additional (and optional) 12 days of work are available for ESY in the summer. NCES provides specialized, certified staff for a number of school districts in northern New Hampshire and Vermont. Full time employees of NCES are enrolled in the NH Retirement System. Health insurance is 85% employer supported. NCES' main office is in Gorham, NH. Services are provided to school districts in Coos, upper Grafton and upper Carroll County schools. The immediate area affords the opportunity to explore the White Mountains of New Hampshire through hiking, alpine and Nordic skiing, mountain biking, ATV and snowmobile riding as well as other outdoor activities. New Hampshire has tax-free shopping and is within three hours of Boston, Montreal, and Burlington, VT. ***NO THIRD-PARTY PLACEMENT AGENCY CALLS ACCEPTED***
