North Coast Medical is looking for a Director of Enterprise Healthcare Sales. This position is remote and will report to the VP of Sales. See more details below!

Position Summary Overview: Responsible for developing and implementing company strategic initiatives to increase revenue with Enterprise Healthcare customers, including, but not limited to, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN’s), Multi-clinic healthcare organizations offering physical rehabilitation services and multi-location skilled nursing organizations. Activities include, proactive sales solicitation, video conferencing, customer on-site visits, planning, reporting and activity documentation.

Hours: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $110,000 plus Bonus

Essential Functions and Position Responsibilities:

Inside and Outside Sales

-Drive revenue growth by promoting company’s products and services

-Cultivate relationships with key enterprise healthcare stakeholders, including but not limited to C-Suite Executives, Supply Chain Directors and Directors of Rehabilitation 

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue

-Empower Rehabilitation Directors to advocate for purchasing off-contract for savings and benefit from company's unique value proposition

-Assure proper activity documentation in CRM database

-Coordinate and schedule any outside sales activities that require traveling

Strategic Analysis and Planning

-Conduct market research to identify new Enterprise Healthcare landscape opportunities

-Analyze industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs for strategic decision-making

-Develop and execute plans to significantly increase company revenue with existing enterprise customers.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company goals and objectives

-Participate in regular communications with company sales executives

-Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization

-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Requirements and Qualifications:

Attributes

-7 years or more of relevant enterprise healthcare industry sales & business development experience

-Demonstrated understanding of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO)

-Proven track record of successfully selling against competitors with GPO contracts

-Strong understanding of enterprise procurement systems and processes

-Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

-Highly organized and detail-oriented

-Results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Abilities to:

-Influence customer behavior

-Coordinate activities with management and other departments

-Conduct research utilizing statistical methods and tools

-Think strategically with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex sales challenges

Additional Requirement:

-Ability to travel nationally as needed

-Valid U.S. Driver's License

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

-This position is permanently remote

-The work involves a combination of sedentary to light work in a home office setting, as well as activities supporting outside sales activities including but not limited to travel and overnight accommodation

-Home office activities will require the frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, sit, lift light objects (up to 10 pounds) and perform other similar actions during course of the workday

-Other required activities include but not limited to frequent speaking, listening using a headset, using both chat and video conferencing. Additionally, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse for extended periods of time working at a computer

-High speed internet connection with full video conferencing capacity and bandwidth for VPN access
