- Reliable, responsible and able to work effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
- Familiarity with NCC Acceptable Use of Information Technologies and other relevant College policies and procedures. DESIRABLE:
- Familiarity with NCC computer labs and residential networking services.
- General knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office 365, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, IOS, Android and wireless connectivity
- Computer Science coursework at NCC or other institution.
- Experience in a customer service-related position.

Job Qualifications
Required:
- Currently enrolled as a student at North Central College.
- Reliable, responsible and able to work effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and oral communications skills; Help Desk assistants should be able to explain him or herself clearly.
- Familiarity with NCC Acceptable Use of Information Technologies and other relevant College policies and procedures.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with NCC computer labs and residential networking services.
- General knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, IOS, Android, Microsoft Office 365, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Outlook, wireless connectivity.
- Computer Science coursework at NCC or other institution.
- Experience in a customer service-related position.
