Position Description:
As a Client Relationship Consultant at Norsemen Remodeling and Design, your primary goal is to drive sales. Using a consultative approach you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the client’s dream space by asking questions and listening to determine the prospects needs. Then demonstrate how Norsemen can provide the customized solution to help them achieve their vision and close the deal. A crucial element of this role is the willingness to be held accountable for performance and results.
Your typical daily routine will involve completing virtual consultations with prospects for pre-qualifying, attending in-home consultations where you’ll deliver project proposals you’ve prepared, and following up with current prospects. An essential aspect of your role is effectively communicating the details, benefits, and pricing structures of our remodeling solutions to prospective clients. 
Your success hinges on your ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a team sales environment. You’ll work closely with our drafting team to provide prospects with initial 3D renderings that will allow prospects to visual their new space and assist you in closing the sale. As well as working with our estimating team to ensure you get an accurate quote to present to each prospect. Working as a team and ensuring both the drafter and estimator has all the details they need to assist you will be crucial to your success.
You’ll have pre-booked consultations and/or warm leads provided (NO cold calling). When necessary seeking out new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building (via networking, events, referrals, email outreach, etc.) will be an additional requirement of this role.

Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize various programs and platforms, such as Google Drive, CRM (Keap), Project Management Software (Jobtread), etc.
  • 2 years of proven B2C (business-to-consumer) sales success
  • Willingness and ability to embrace team sales environment (including our consultative sales methodology)
  • Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined, and driven
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on performance and target achievement
  • Reliable transportation
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the remodeling industry or related field
  • Strong understanding of the remodeling industry, including knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and design trends
  • Excellent communication, ability to follow systems, and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow systems and processes with efficiency
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
