About us
NORMAN UROLOGY ASSOCIATES is a dynamic medical practice in Norman, OK.
We are looking for Medical Assistants to join our team. CNA's welcome. Willing to train the right person. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Urologist with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing exam rooms, and providing patient education. The Medical Assistant must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Take patient histories and vital signs.
- Assist physicians with procedures and examinations.
- Maintain patient records and charts.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians.
- Educate patients on proper hygiene and health maintenance.
- Understand the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the urinary system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
