We are looking for a Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general administrative support; as well as giving injections, removing IV's, taking vital signs, assisting with medical paperwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a friendly and professional demeanor. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to be a part of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take a message.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments for clients and walk-ins.
• Provide general administrative support to staff members.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Ensure that all clients are checked in and out of the scheduling system, and taking payments.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
