• Deliver excellent service to customers and patients. 
• Stocks the provider lounges ensuring food and beverages is available and the area is clean and well-kept.
• Stocks the Micro Markets ensuring food and beverages is available and the area is clean and well-kept.
• Responsible for serving the trays to patients in a professional, efficient manner within Room Service policy and procedures, while performing a variety of functions vital for room service operations. 
• Assemble meal trays.
• Communicate patient requests/needs to Room service center and/or coordinate.
• Promptly deliver trays and verifying patient identification.
• Perform stocking and cleaning duties.
• Able to run cashier to enter charges from Micro Markets.

Education

• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Perform basic math skills and read/write

Experience

• Prefer previous customer service experience.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of educvation and exerience).

Licensure/Certification

• Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health Department before hire or within 1 week of start date.
