POSITION SUMMARY:
A Software Development Manager at Noregon oversees and guides the development of highly engineered software applications and systems. The role involves planning, project management, stakeholder relationship building, and leadership to ensure that software products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. The Software Development Manager takes ownership of all aspects of a project, the applicable engineering processes, the development, and performance of team members, and ultimately the project’s success.
