Director of People Development

Position Description
The Director of People Development is responsible for developing and implementing a people development strategy and program for AC Corporation. These programs will focus on enabling AC Corp to grow its skilled trades workforce by creating career paths (including roles, competencies, training, compensation, etc.) from entry level to field supervisor across multiple trades (HVAC, Pipefitting, Sheetmetal, Electrical, and Controls). The Director of People Development will report to the President of AC Corp and work closely with the Crete Regional VP and SVP of HR. The ideal candidate will have deep learning and development experience, preferably focused on developing technical talent.
