Qualifications

• 4 years of previous commercial construction management experience is required
• Must be able to commute or travel to Taylor, TX
• Medium to large project experience ($10M ) is nice plus
• Proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goals.
• Working knowledge of programs such as BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project
• Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management or Engineering preferred
