MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION IS LOOKING FOR A CAREER CASE MANAGER FOR THEIR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE. THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION PAYING IN THE MID to UPPER 20'S AN HOUR FIRST AS TEMP AND UP TO $55,000 WHEN CONVERTED TO PERMANENT. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION BUT IN PERSON.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Administer intake services and assessments
Experience with clients with mental health needs, especially someone who can do Mental Health Assessments
· Identify participant strengths and barriers to employment
· Guide participants through the formation of short-term and long-term goals and how they will be achieved
· Manage participant referrals to supportive service providers
· Work with participants to ensure they are progressing toward their goals written in their IEP
· Maintain consistent communication with enrolled participants
· Consistently report participant activities and conversations in Salesforce and DOP’s on-line data management system
· Submit a weekly report to the Program Manager
Provide retention services to participants
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, at least two (2) years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with one (1) year of experience in workforce development or social services
