Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dubsado Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sales process and writing experience and will be able to fulfill other Virtual Assistant tasks. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our company remotely. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

- Build out CRM structure and templates

- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls

- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations

- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:

- 2 years CRM experience required

- Strong knowledge of sales and sales sequence required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
