Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee staff schedule
- Oversee Implementation of client behavioral plans
- Dispense medication
- Oversee day to day client care
- Implement and train staff on SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
- Monthly medication intake
- Oversee monthly attendance logs
- Communicating with doctor and pharmacy on medication perscription changes
- Keep prescriptions and updates filed and recorded
- Completing and maintaining behavioral data sheets
- Complete Monthly Monitoring
- Complete APD quarterly Review
- School/ continuing education liaison IEP meetings
- Incident reporting
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Experience working with APD clients, and the paperwork associated with them.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to supervise and manage others
- Experience with documenting and notating daily activity of clients
- Able to pass a local and level 2 background check
- Clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delray Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Group home: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
