Noblis is Hiring a Remote Technical Talent Acquistion Partner

Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a recruiter to deliver an exceptional workforce in a high growth, agile environment. This recruiter will support efforts across Intel, Defense, Federal Civilian, and Homeland Security. The preferred location will be within the DC metropolitan area with the ability to work 100% remote. This role will entail the following:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional and technical positions, in both cleared (TS/SCI through Full Scope Poly) and non-cleared environments.
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions at varying levels, both funded and proposal.
  • Establish trusted partnerships and effective working relationships with hiring managers leveraging market intelligence to determine requirements, develop strategies, and drive hiring.
  • Develop strategies and pipelines that deliver to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
  • Consistently and effectively use the applicant tracking system (iCIMs) ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting.
  • Maximize the use of sourcing tools for speed and scalability in hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and company policies, educating hiring managers as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience; OR additional years of experience can be substituted for degree. 
  • Bachelors and minimum 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, OR Masters degree and 3 years recruiting/sourcing experience; OR Associate degree and 8 years recruiting/sourcing experience; OR a High School/GED diploma with 11 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
  • Experience recruiting highly cleared candidates in the Intelligence and Defense communities.
  • Full-life Recruiting cycle to include, source, screen, scheduling interviews, offers, and closing requisitions.
  • Recruiting experience supporting efforts across the Intelligence Community, Defense, Federal Civilian, and Homeland Security customers.
  • US Citizenship is required.

  • Previous experience with iCIMS. 
  • Ability to source and network using both conventional and unconventional sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

Posted Salary Range

USD $81,900.00 - USD $143,300.00 /Yr.
