Executive Summary of Role

The Associate Director will work with clients to deliver all aspects of human resource managed solutions. This includes client development, contracts and day to day client management. You will join the Level-Up on Talent team to built a consulting platform to grow and develop Nobles portfolio companies in addition to small to medium size businesses across the US. With the companys core values always top of mind, you will join the top executives at Level-Up on Talent and Noble to accomplish the mission of growing people, growing capital and growing companies.

Noble Capital has identified 97 operative functions which aggregate to create the companys unique and highly effective private equity operating system. The team is committed to the individual and collective mastery of these functions. You will lead from out-front by demonstrating indisputable mastery over your 32 Noble Capital Functions concentrated in Consulting, Operations, Private Equity and Corporate Governance, and including Finance, Business Development and MarComm.

Position Functions for Mastery

PRIVATE EQUITY (PE)/ CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GC)

PE Acquisitions:

Mastery of PE Acquisitions by performing the adopted evaluation of management, analysis of industry standard historical financials, assessment of forecast data and the performance of a thorough study of a potential acquisition - all in pursuit of acquiring the aligned business investment.

PE Business Planning:

Mastery of PE Business Planning by the preparation of a documented strategy for a business that highlights its goals and its plans for achieving those goals, while outlining the go-to-market plan, financial projections, market research, business purpose, and mission statement along with other critical information.

CG Board of Directors:

Mastery of CG Board of Directors by the creation and maintenance of the charter and guidelines under which a board of executive leaders gather and discharge their purpose as amended from time to time.

CG Compliance:

Mastery of the installation and application of all policies and procedures issued by Noble Capital Group Corporate Governance within the business and its subsidiaries, all working in harmony to fully protect Noble Capital.

CG Liability/Insurance:

Mastery of CG Liability and Insurance by the adherence to practices and policies issued by Noble Capital Group Corporate Governance as they direct the control of liabilities across the Noble Capital Family of Companies and the implementation of the required insurance coverages that work to protect Noble Capital, its divisions and departments.

CG Major Decision Driver:

Mastery of CG Major Decision Driver by understanding and following the Major Decision Making model that provides for the introduction of certain issues to executive authority for guidance, feedback and executive decision based on the related policy issued by Noble Capital Corporate Governance.

FINANCE/ACCOUNTING

Payroll QA Controls:

Mastery of Payroll QA Controls by performing the process that ensures employee payroll is in agreement with employee compensation plans, agrees with the revenue model of the business and is in compliance with all controls set by Corporate Governance to provide for the systemic and accurate payment of payroll.

Bonus/Profit Share Plan:

Mastery of Bonus/Profit Share Plan by the adherence to the Staff Growth and Development Model, as well as full compliance with the polices effecting bonus and profit sharing as issued by Corporate Governance while practicing proper stewardship with budgeting and planning for the related costs.

OPERATIONS

Operating System (EOS):

Mastery of Operating System by participating the creation, development, and maintenance of business processes and systems for scalability and viability of the department or division. Utilizing modern shared digital operating manual technology, assist with the buildout of a comprehensive operating system via compilation of digital best practices, policies, and procedures.

Operations Technology:

Mastery of Operations Technology by contributing to the identification, installation and maintenance of key technology aimed at increasing the efficiency, capability and effectiveness of the Finance Department.

IT/Security:

Mastery of IT/Security by participating in the management of IT Services, the adherence to set IT security policies and procedures, maintenance of key third-party strategic vendor relationships, integrating workflows, providing departmental support, and reporting highly visible IT/Security KPIs & Scorecards.

Office Management:

Mastery of Office Management by strong coordination and execution of administrative duties and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

HR-Staff Relations:

Mastery of Staff Relations by practicing and supporting business polices and core philosophy, established in an effort to create and maintain a positive work environment where there is harmony between employees and employer for the purpose of staff retention and productivity.

HR-Recruiting:

Mastery of HR-Recruiting by contributing to the execution, innovation and constant enhancement of the recruiting function aimed at creating a distinct competitive advantage in top level recruiting best practices, resources and technology, while providing for HR-Recruiting KPIs and Scorecards.

HR-Benefits:

Mastery of HR-Benefits by the provision of agreed upon, strategic non-wage compensation offered to employees by an organization in addition to their normal salaries or wages in an effort to establish a competitive edge for talent recruiting, as well as promoting staff retention and a positive work environment.

HR-Compliance:

Mastery of HR-Compliance by the adoption of and adherence to policies and procedures that ensure employment and work practices are aligned with all applicable laws and regulations established by all local, county, state and federal agencies, while providing for the strict execution of all internal requirements such as Compensation Quality Assurance.

Legal Transactional:

Mastery of Legal Transactional by the adherence to set Legal Loss Mitigation and Legal Services Engagement policies which include a legal SOP designed to provide guidance to leaders regarding the process of managing legal counsel relationships and legal costs as it pertains to normal operational legal document preparation, legal review and legal advisory.

Legal Litigation:

Mastery of Legal Litigation by the adherence to set Legal Loss Mitigation and Legal Services Engagement policies which include a legal SOP designed to provide guidance to leaders regarding the process of managing legal counsel relationships and legal costs as it pertains to all legal services that are required for successful litigation, including out of court settlement and courtroom representation.

Business Continuity:

Mastery of Business Continuity by participating in the development and implementation of a strategic plan that establishes the capability of an organization to continue the delivery of products or services at pre-defined acceptable levels following a disruptive incident.

Facilities/Leasehold:

Mastery of Facilities and Leasehold Management by the execution of a professional discipline designed to ensure the functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of an office environment, as well as maintaining an effective relationship with the office space owner and their representatives.

Project Management:

Mastery of Project Management via systems and executive agenda utilized for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing set tasks to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time.

Hospitality:

Mastery of Hospitality by exercising the attained skill of providing cordial, generous and professional planning for and reception of business guests, clients and other visitors to the office place for a set meeting or an unscheduled visit.

Executive Administration:

Mastery of Executive Administration by managing the projects and activities of a high-level executive, executives or an executive board in an effort to provide for the efficient and accurate operations and function of the organization.

Community Relations:

Mastery of Community Relations by the development and implementation of various methods that a business utilizes to establish and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with the communities in which it operates in hopes of gaining long-term community support, brand recognition and public goodwill.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT /MARCOMM (MC)

MC Events:

Mastery of MC Events by the development and execution of a marketing strategy that effectively communicates to the marketplace, special details of an opportunity or opportunities for face-to-face contact between brand and customer and may include conferences, trade shows or company sponsored events.

MC Campaigns:

Mastery of MC Campaigns by the design and execution of a comprehensive course of actions that will present specific information to the marketplace in an effort to promote and sell an idea, product or service.

Position Functions for Mastery

MC UX/UI:

Mastery of MC UX by practicing full command over the Nobles User Experience(UX) and development of a system for performance visibility, providing measurement for scorecard and KPIs.

Mastery of MC UI by practicing full command over the Nobles (Technology) User Interface(UI) and development of systems to optimize user interface such as Partner Portal and Noble Capitals Website.

MC Content Creation:

Mastery of MC Content Creation by the design of information and experiences including words, sounds, numbers, images, or graphics for the intended purpose of being communicated to the marketplace to prompt a specific action by the audience.

MC Email Campaigns-Tracks:

Mastery of MC Email Campaigns & Tracks by developing a defined message and coordinating the issuance of that message via a set of emails that are deployed across a specific period of time and to a specific group of people with the purpose of stimulating a particular call-to-action (CTAs) while tracking the recipients interaction with the email message.

Communications (External):

Mastery of Communications (External) by the development and maintenance of an institutional grade communications function to bring to all key external audiences critical and timely information and data, while deploying innovative systems and leveraging technology to execute enterprise level performance.

Mastery of Product Development by the execution of a specific process to generate a concept design and to launch all stages required for transformation of the design into a market ready good or service.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or Business Management from top 10 business school preferred
  • 7 years of work experience in Human Resource Management Consulting, PEO, advisory, private equity, finance, investments.
  • Leadership presence, proven coach, adviser, mentor, and team-builder
  • Experience working in HR/Staffing through full cycle of establishment, growth & development, and disposition
  • Demonstrate executive leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence with the ability to motivate staff
  • Expert experience with systems, technology, fintech, KPI reporting, and business intelligence
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Expert level of written and verbal communication skills and high initiative for reporting and updating
  • High level of professional discretion, trustworthiness, confidentiality, and executive representation
  • Expansive network in the relevant Industries for modern day resources, best practices, and key contacts
