Executive Assistant
We are hiring the new face of our client experience. Positive energy is a must. The ideal candidate is very organized and understands attention to detail. All that apply must have a positive attitude, be coachable, and possess outstanding communication skills. If you’re not comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, this is not the role for you. Experience is important but will train the right candidate that is a hard worker and will bring honesty and loyalty to the team. Must understand office culture is a top priority.
The position will start out part time with the opportunity for full time after 90 days for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for a student or an individual looking to make a career change into the Finance industry.
Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedule, including arranging appointments.
- Interact daily with clients in a professional manner in person and over the phone.
- Manage and track existing case requirements.
- Case preparation and client onboarding
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
Requirements:
-Problem solving and process development experience. - Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite for scheduling appointments and managing documents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
