Overview: 

NJOY’s Corporate Strategy team is hiring a Strategy Manager to support key strategic and operational initiatives. The Corporate Strategy team is responsible for advising and aiding the C-Suite on a variety of high-impact business issues and growth opportunities. You will report to the SVP of Corporate Strategy and interact regularly with the COO and CFO.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Prepare Board Decks, investor materials, internal business updates, and other presentations leveraged by senior management
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to support a broad range of strategic decision making, ranging from pricing and promotions to product assortment to marketing decisions
• Develop, manage, and execute cross-functional projects to drive high-stake strategy implementation and improve operational performance

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Top tier undergraduate degree
• 4 years of work experience – management consulting, investment banking, or in-house strategy experience required
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to put a decision-making framework around complex problems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and modeling experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to liase with C-suite and executive management team efficiently
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high energy environment
