JD:

• Provide L1 (Monitoring), L1.5 (Basic Dev and Incident Management), L2 (Complex Incident Management), L3 (Complex Dev) support

• New Google Cloud Platform service and/or pattern enablement and support through infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform) CI/CD using cloud build
• Support onboarding of new Google Cloud Platform tenants and users for approved use cases

• Google Cloud Platform services lifecycle management, including coordination with centralized cloud services and various cloud data warehouse (CDW) and Dataiku tenant teams

• Developing and contributing to shared IaC modules for data analytics use cases and platform optimization initiatives

• Weekly IaC production Google Cloud Platform platform deployments, including but not limited to IAM, buckets, datasets, policies, networking, and application layer changes

• Development and refinement of dashboards for monitoring capacity planning, and platform resiliency

• Execute seven (7)-day annual stream CDW disaster recovery and regular password rotation exercises

• Assist with audit requests Implement automation and efficiency initiatives for platform stability and resiliency to meet the target for the platform health metrics
