What You'll Do

  • Take responsibility for the UX design process, defining best practices, standards, and methodologies that enable us to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences consistently.
  • Manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take ownership of your work and demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Present design solutions with confidence and clarity, advocating for user-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and brand partners, to drive consensus and achieve project goals.
  • Resolve conflicts and disagreements constructively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive team culture, characterized by trust, respect, and openness.
  • Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning and growth.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new ideas, technologies, and design trends that have the potential to enhance our digital experiences and differentiate our brands in the marketplace.
  • Apply systems thinking principles to design holistic, cohesive experiences considering the entire user journey across multiple touchpoints and channels.
  • Demonstrate mastery of visual design principles, creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying user needs and business requirements.
  • Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
What You Know
  • 7-9 years of experience designing for web and mobile, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your experience creating user-centered design solutions.
  • Should have 3 years of experience in Enterprise UX (Enterprise) / Consumer design (Consumer)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Excel, or other team management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education
  • Education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
