Bring your skills, inspire your team, and create amazing experiences as you help us transform the way business gets done.Responsibilities Articulate design goals and outcomes with various stakeholders to build a shared vision.Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to create a compelling product vision.Produce storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity design concepts to communicate the design vision based on research findings.Generate detailed design specs while taking advantage of developer tools for efficient handoff.Ship high quality implementations by pairing closely with QA and developersChampion design systems adoption and best practices.Create inclusive designs for all users; advocate for accessibility, encouraging product and engineering management to prioritize accessible features and bug fixes.Experience / Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for web and/or mobile applications, ideally including website experiences.5 years of UX design, with a proven record of leading websites and/or products from conceptualisation to market success.Keen eye for modern design that produces visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.Ability to leverage and expand upon well-established brand assets and stylesStrong communication skills and active listening ability.Adept at fostering relationships with core and cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to create a multiplier effect that inspires others and instills trust.Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma and ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge.Please submit a resume with links to your portfolio.
