Job SummaryOversight of the NMHS Marketing and Business Development functions within a specified geographic region of the world. Manage and develop a team of Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Marketing personnel within that defined region. Responsibilities include the hiring, training and mentoring of both regional sales managers and marketing personnel, engaging all functions of the business to ensure the development of new business opportunities within region, promote regional alignment with global business development strategy, and meeting or exceeding key sales and business targets.
Essential Job Functions1. Responsible for the hiring, training, mentoring, and development of Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Marketing Personnel within defined region of the world.
2. Support key customer meetings and trade shows within geographic region of responsibility.
3. Direct and support the NMHS/NMCL Marketing team in the development of marketing collateral, key marketing initiatives, trade show’s etc.
4. Develop, manage, and execute a strategic business plan, which will aim to align with targeted goals of the global organization.
5. Develop and maintain mid-senior level relationships across Healthcare Solutions customer base in support of a positional sales strategy.
6. Establish, analyze and control travel expenditures for direct reports, and to ensure travel activities remain in compliance with corporate travel policy.
7. Establish annual goals and objectives for his/her direct reports, and to perform performance reviews with those direct reports on an annual basis.
8. Forecasting and budget development.
9. Maintain alignment with global business development strategy while driving consistency in application and us of key processes, tools, and behaviors such as presentation material, CRM, etc.
10. Meet or exceed targeted performance of team within defined geographic region.
11. Travel of up to 50% is required to support key internal and customer meetings.
12. Interface with all functional areas of NMT as necessary.
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years sales and technical experience within the medical device field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years managing a B2B sales team is preferred.

Pay Range: $125,000 - 150,000
Pay is dependent on multiple factors, including job related knowledge, skills and experience.
