About the Role

Nisolo is growing rapidly and we are scaling our team to meet the growing demands of our
business. The primary responsibility of the Creative Production Manager role is to work alongside
the Creative Producer to organize and drive Nisolo’s creative output as a brand, overseeing
pre-production and post-production, assisting with in-house content creation, supporting with
asset management and working closely with designers and editors to bring creative work to life for
the brand.

Responsibilities

● Support in organizing and overseeing Nisolo’s asset management system, knowing the
ends and out of the entire system and being the go-to person for any asset requested.
● Support the Creative Producer on-set with shot list management, communication to the
crews (assistants, stylist, photographers, etc) and on-set organization.
● Work alongside the Creative Producer to determine and manage content production
budgets, deliverable timelines, and the coordination and logistics for execution.
● Directly orchestrate and/or work hand-in-hand with external stylist to bring Nisolo on-set
styling needs to life from initial scoping to product ordering to fit-tests, on-set support, and
returning of products to vendors.
● Producer, execute, and deliver the ecommerce photography photoshoot to kick off each
season.
● Foster and maintain 3rd party vendor relationships (ie - photographers, DPs, Model Agencies, Models, etc)
● Contribute to the Creative Production Roadmap to continuously improve our processes
and the future of content creation for the brand.
● Ensure a deep partnership between the creative product team, merchandising team and
marketing team.
● Serve as the contact for coordinating crew, equipment, travel logistics (domestic and
internationally), on-site production needs, budgets, permits, contracts, releases, insurance,
post production, scheduling, and various other production requirements.
● Review, alongside the Creative Producer, and submit expense reports, credit card
reconciliations, and invoices.
● Support in bringing new brand content ideas to the table.

Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum of 3-4 years professional work experience in production management or
creative operations.
● Strong project management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
● Experience as part of a creative studio, agency or in-house creative team.
● A proven track record of clear communication and delegation.
● Experience working at a successful start up and/or high growth stage environment where
team size, infrastructure, and needs quickly evolve.
● Demonstrated track record of cross-functional stakeholder management and
communication.
● A go-getter mentality with high attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and a
solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
● Exceptional ability to work independently and thrive in a very fast paced environment that
requires continual multi-tasking and re-prioritization.
● Proficiency in photography, video and editing.
● Familiarity of contracting, negotiating, scheduling, and managing vendors and crews.
● Experience with permitting, travel (domestic and international) and production
requirements.

● Familiarity with budgeting, scouting, obtaining releases, call sheets, booking freelance
production crews and equipment, coordinating travel, permitting, scheduling, etc.

Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
