POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Promote Associate Relations
· Prepare and distributes all hourly performance evaluations
· Conduct internal investigations
· Compile data and generate reports
· Leave Administration including Family Medical Leave Act, Short Term Disability and Americans with Disabilities Act.
· Administration of Time & Attendance in ADP Enterprise eTIME
· Administration of ADP Human Resources Information System
· Performance and Discipline administration
· Recruiting and Onboarding administration & activities
· Manage internal job opportunities
· Manage unemployment activities
· Community Involvement Liason
· Update employee files
· Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: (NOTE: To be considered for this position, the applying associate should have the following qualifications.)
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficient in computer systems including HRIS, Excel and MS Word (ADP, eetime preferred)
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle issues of a sensitive nature.
· Demonstrated written and verbal communication and presentation skills
· Must possess superior communication skills and professionalism with employees at all levels
· Self-starter highly motivated, able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
· Able to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment, excellent with detail and follow up
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Role
