Licensed Practical Nurse - Second Shift
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, highly responsible, empathetic, and caring with a strong work ethic to provide assistance to our residents. You will be supervised by our Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
•Assist our residents and administer medications
•Understand and follow company guidelines and policies to ensure optimal care for our residents
•Exercise sound judgment and collaborate with the Director of Nursing regarding resident care and needs
•Assist co-workers in understanding how to monitor residents' needs being responsive and demonstrating a sense of urgency when needed
•Communicate in a compassionate manner with our residents and family members who visit
•May provide light housekeeping assistance
•Help residents get to/from meals and to/from activities
Qualifications
•Must be at least 18 years of age
•Pennsylvania LPN license
•2 years of related experience preferred
