Lead Learning and Development Advisor–NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Create design briefs & define learning outcomes; collaborate with design resources to curate, build, test and pilot solutions; work with delivery stakeholders and partnership resources to launch and sustain solutions; including train the trainer; support/advise on local adaptation as needed; partner with delivery teams to curate effective launch and sustainability of new and existing solutions; lead global review and assessment of programs to improve learning experiences in service of employees; assess qualitative and quantitative feedback and insights to make recommendations to improve learning experiences versus intended outcomes; maintain knowledge by staying up to date with emerging trends in management and leadership development; plan and develop global L&D strategy for people manager development that aligns with the organization's objectives and improves employee engagement and retention; identify new tools to enhance human capital capabilities for people managers across the organization; develop tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities; develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments; oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs; collaborate with HR leaders to implement effective deployment and redeployment strategies; monitor and control costs of own work and may manage budgets for moderate-sized projects or programs; conduct assessments to determine ongoing and changing development needs of people managers in the organization; recommend and implement new learning strategies based on feedback; and lead others to solve complex problems. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Education and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a human resource related occupation.
Experience must include the following:

  • Program Management;

  • Instructional Design;

  • Adult Learning Theory;

  • Change Management;

  • Data Analysis; and

  • Stakeholder Management.
