WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for a Community Partners Business Manager who will partner to create, drive, and implement strategies and processes across our diverse portfolio of Marketplace Partners! We are looking for somebody with a commercial enterprise mentality that is passionate about the consumer. Somebody that is creative and innovative when it comes to problem solving. This person should be a strong teammate that thrives in cross-functional work. You will be responsible for the sales operations of the organization. Developing and implementing strategies, monitoring consumers and customers, and providing insights on competitor and industry activity. You will help to facilitate the development of sales strategy by providing process and tools to assist the Marketplace Unit in driving business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for Cross-Functional CODE management and lead Marketplace Unit integrated business planning meetings. Additionally, you will handle Quarterly Business Reviews and plan agenda items and content for All-Team meetings. We empower you to lead seasonal Assortment Planning Tool (APT) process and tracking and partner with Account Leads to build and socialize yearly annual operating plans. Finally, you will lead Marketplace Mapping within Community Partners and work on Partner specific and cross-functional projects and meetings.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner closely with NA Community Partners Business Director as well as Cross-Consumer Business Managers. You will also partner across Planning, Merchandising, Brand, MPO, Strategy, and Marketplace Partner Teams to ensure seamless cross-functional success. This role will also sit on our Community Partners extended Leadership Team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience including Marketplace, Planning, and/or Strategy
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Consistent track record of coordinating the activities of cross-functional teams and provide project management support
  • Strong business insight, proven experience driving and supporting a growth business.
  • Ability to work with high degree of independence while leading upward communication to management
  • Proven teammate with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team, ensures accountability, and fosters effective teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience building process and/or program materials
  • Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment with energy-giving accuracy, speed, and agility.
