South Carolina's largest in-home healthcare provider is currently seeking a highly experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department. This is a critical leadership role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Supervise and provide guidance to the HR team, including recruiting, training, and performance management
- Oversee the full cycle of employee recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
- Manage employee evaluation processes and performance improvement plans
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers
- Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures
