We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling new patients and f/u patients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with new patients and f/u patients
• Obtain authorizations for the services
• Resolve patient inquiries and complaints
• Maintain record of patient contact information in the EMR
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in referrals and authorizations
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
