3. Seating Coordination: Maintain a smooth and organized seating process by coordinating with servers and the kitchen team. Strategically assign tables to balance guest flow, server sections, and special seating requests, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service.
4. Guest Assistance: Anticipate guest needs and provide assistance as required. Offer recommendations for bar seating, lounge areas, or waiting areas, ensuring guests are comfortable and attended to promptly.
