Job Title: Administrative Assistant IV
Location: - Austin, TX
Duration: - 12 Months contract with possible extension based on performance
Shift Timing: - 1st shift (8 am 5 pm)
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to director-level management.
Has previous on-the-job experience at advanced levels to coordinate the office services functions.
Has knowledge and experience to handle the following: supervision of clerical staff, budget preparation and control, records management, special projects, preparing agendas and coordinating meeting arrangements, composing correspondence, greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming phone calls, and conducting special studies to report recommendations.
Possesses excellent office and communication skills.
Requires minimal supervision.
Bachelor's preferred but not required.
Minimum two years exp. Must have strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Will be working on travel and expenses, greeting visitors, and organizing team events. Will also create presentations, take meeting minutes, and assist in other areas.
100% onsite. Must have excellent Microsoft Suite skills.
Potential to convert for the right candidate.
Managing projects and graphics skills are extremely desirable.
