POSITION OVERVIEW

NICHOLAS AIR is looking to add an Onboarding and Operations Assistant to the team. The ideal candidate will provide operational and administrative support, serving as a liaison between new hires and the training department. This role will report to the Director of Training and to Senior Leadership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange and assist with onboarding new employees of Corr Flight S., Inc. to provide support for NICHOLAS AIR
• Coordinate and keep track of personnel information, benchmarks, and training dates
• Ensure operational data and statistics are accurately compiled and updated in an internal recording system
• Assist with teaching standard INDOC and training modules
• Implement internal processes and provide recommendations for more efficient and effective processes for continuous improvement

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of previous administrative or onboarding experience required
• 1-2 years of aviation operations experience preferred
• Bachelors Degree Preferred

REQUIREMENTS

• This role is required to report daily to the Oxford, MS headquarters.
• Subject to pre-employment & random drug testing
• Must pass a background check
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
