Requirements:

• At least two years experience as a restaurant manager with proven results
• Can perform in a celebrity environment
• Understand what it takes to grow and protect a brand
• Must be dependable, trustworthy and highly motivated to succeed
• Great people skills with both employees and guests
• Understands ordering, receiving and inventory disciplines
• Must be a genuinely nice person willing to share your vibe
