JOB SUMMARY

Performs a variety of payroll tasks and responsibilities under guidance of Payroll Lead. Assist in other areas within the accounting department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
• Verifies timekeeping and payroll information.
• Utilize Excel to track certain payroll information.
• Collaborate and communicate with others involved in the payroll process including Human Resources.
• Assist with Month End reconciliations and pay cycle reports.
• Performs a variety of accounting support functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Functional knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
• Previous payroll experience helpful but not necessary.
• ADP experience a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations.

Pay: $21.50 - $29.76 per hour
