Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk Sound Publishing, Inc. is the largest community news organization in Washington State and is currently looking to fill an opening for an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerk. This position will be based daily out of our office in beautiful Everett, WA.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

This position is Full-Time, approximately 40 hrs per week and is in-office daily. Start time will be 7-8 am Monday-Friday. The job requires:

• 3-5 years of experience processing invoices and expense reports including matching PO’s, vendor statement reconciliation and 1099 reporting
• 1-3 years of experience processing payroll; competent with Paylocity a plus
• Must have a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent data entry, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, employees and contractors, both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite.
• Must be team-oriented, positive and flexible.
