nFocus Solutions is Hiring a Technical Product Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Role Summary
nFocus Solutions is looking for a Technical Product Manager who is passionate about identifying opportunities and then delivering innovative solutions to drive client and business outcomes. The Technical Product Manager will translate requirements into features, and then strive to deliver the features that satisfy our client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision aligning with company strategy while prioritizing user needs throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure support of the company’s overall goals.
  • Act as a liaison for development teams, executive management, and clients, promoting collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with the company's vision, outlining feature releases, enhancements, and milestones based on market demands and technological advancements.
  • Create detailed documentation that captures business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, design specifications, and wireframes to create and maintain high-quality solutions that meet specified requirements.
  • Lead the product planning process, evaluating input from stakeholders, market trends, and technical feasibility to make informed decisions regarding feature prioritization, resource allocation, and trade-offs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams, establishing feedback mechanisms post-launch to iteratively improve products based on business opportunities and user input.
  • Establish project and communication plans for effective coordination, ensuring clear timelines, status updates, and team accountability.
  • Research competition, industry trends, and technological advancements to inform product development strategies.
  • Utilize an iterative development approach with Agile or Lean methodologies to continuously deliver value, iterate on features, and swiftly adapt to changing market needs.
  • Lead and assist in writing, reviewing, and prioritizing product backlog items.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in SaaS product management
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or related field
  • Basic coding skills with HTML, CSS, and programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Familiarity with databases, client and server frameworks, APIs, and various tech stacks.
  • Proficiency in creating prototypes, wireframes, or mockups to illustrate product features and functionalities
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues, assess solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A track record of launching new products and experiences on time with high quality, measuring results, and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of product management concepts and how enterprise software products are positioned and developed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
