In this role, you will:

• Lead complex initiatives for new products or enhancements
• Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
• Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
• Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
• Discovery of Feature: Define and document All applicable Use cases for Business Cards and lines
• Discovery of Feature : Define and document Business Rules for Consumer and Business Cards
• Identify gaps in existing APIs and translate into business friendly language
• Identify External Dependencies
• Partner with team in understanding the current state/Spike stories etc.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to define and document All applicable Use cases for Business Cards and lines
• Ability to define and document Business Rules for Consumer and Business Cards
• Abilit to identify gaps in existing APIs and translate into business friendly language
• Agile Product Owner experience in Scrum and scaled agile environments
• Experience delivering software products using agile principles, including planning and estimating and with a continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge and understanding of product management in the financial services industry
• Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
• Strong relationship management skills
• Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
• Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
• Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Experience working geographically dispersed teams
• Experience working with scrum teams- prioritization and capacity planning

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to work on-site at one of the posted work locations
