NFC Amenity MGMT is Hiring a Project Director Near Conroe, TX

An NFC Project Director ensures exceptional service is provided to all residents and their guests at their home location. A Project Director is responsible for engineering a professional Concierge team that maintains the hub of the building lobby and upholding our 5 Diamond Customer Service Standard while carrying out all workplace expectations and policies including financial management to ensure payroll budgetary goals are met. As the region grows in operations this role will evolve into oversight of multiple locations and assigned special projects.
Duties & Responsibilities (include and not limited to the following):
Schedule all team members via Company Approved Scheduler according to contracted budgeted hours
Monitor & Adjust Daily Employee Time Card Punches according to approved protocol
Provide Written Counseling to employees not accurately time punching
Review Reports to Ensure Overtime is not scheduled
Approve time cards by Company deadlines to ensure accurate payroll of employees
Ensures 5 Diamond Performance Standards are followed by team members
Recruits, trains, motivates, supervises and mentors team members - leads by example
Ensure that all team members are trained to react intelligently and quickly to any and all emergency situations
Interaction with clients displays genuine sincerity and appreciation
Ensures each client and guest receives a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell
Always looking for ways to Wow all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitality
Ensures the property is operating effectively and in accordance with Property Management and Board of Directors' expectations
Produces a wide network of offerings to clients, including but not limited to car service, dog walking, dry cleaning, grocery delivery, etc
Coordinator smooth operation of contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/home buyer visits
Covers shifts for associates to ensure proper staffing requirements are maintained
Attends company meetings/trainings and ensures all team members participate in company training sessions
Completes the required administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner
Consistency by entire team of rules and regulations established by management or HOA
Adheres to all NFC policies
Follows HR and Risk Management protocols
Monitors and reviews daily employees performance and provides necessary support, training or counseling as needed
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
Professional background in customer service and hospitality management
Must have an outgoing personality
Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
Must be able to coach and mentor team members
Must possess the ability to multi-task
Must possess ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to proactively learn about all events, happenings, restaurants, etc in the local neighborhood
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet
Proven organizational skills that exemplify attention to detail from beginning to follow-up on each project undertaken
Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate team members and effectively provide supervision as well as train members to deliver high level customer service
Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and oral) with ability to engage positively with clients
Diplomatically handle delicate and challenging client concerns
Must be well versed in budgetary and cost control responsibilities
Must be able to lift packages weighing 50 pounds or less.
