Job Description :

Candidates will join an integrated team of Nurse Practitioners, Nurse, and Dietician staff, who deliver customer-focused care to over 1,500 employees.

The Employee Wellness Center (EWC) provides a combination of wellness evaluations, regulatory examinations, sick determinations, and safety-sensitive assessments.

Responsibilities :

• Act as a dynamic team player capable of efficiently managing multiple projects.
• Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (Cority) and computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Assist in responding to calls regarding sick absences (VRU).
• Demonstrate proficiency in safeguarding health and sensitive data information.
• Collaborate with Nurse Case Managers and undergo cross-training to assist in scheduling appointments and managing the employee wellness email inbox.
• Resolve conflicts and address complex employee concerns effectively.

Training :

On-the-job training is available for both new and experienced medical technicians.

Schedule :

• Monday Friday, 8 : 30am - 4 : 00pm Hybrid (2 days a week in office)
