Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Work Experience:
- Entry-level position; previous internship or co-op experience preferred.
Job Duties:
- Perform engineering functions related to the Remote Metering Enhancement Program under the supervision of a senior engine.
- Conduct field visits to project sites as required.
- Order materials necessary for project completion.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety) requirements.
- Meet with customers to obtain access permission and address their concerns.
- Coordinate all phases of the project from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with Construction Management and Steam Distribution personnel to monitor activities of electrical contractors during installation phases.
- Perform inspections of completed electrical installation work.
- Attend weekly progress meetings with Construction Management, contractors, and Steam Distribution team.
- Provide weekly status reports on the progress of the conversion program.
