Job Title : Data Entry and Word Processing
Employment Type : Contract
Work Hours : 40 hrs. / week
Work site : 100% Onsite
Location : 26 Center Circle, Wassaic, NY 12592
Job Duration : 6 Months
Closing : 04 / 30 / 2024.
Minimum Education :
No preferred level of education.
Work Experience :
No minimum required; knowledge of office functions is a plus.
Job Duties :
- Conducting filing activities to maintain organized records.
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Performing computer-based data entry using Word and Excel software.
- Receiving and tracking various monthly logs and reports.
- Communicating effectively with remote sites and vendors.
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Misc. Information :
- Office Hours : 8 am - 4 pm; Monday to Friday.
- Parking : Free parking available at the location.
- Public Transportation : Easily accessible via Loop Bus.
- Interview Process : In-person interviews.
- Training : Training will be provided.
