Minimum Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience :

Preferably experienced professional having worked in an office environment, although not required.

Job Duties :

• Perform data entry and word processing tasks with exceptional accuracy and speed.
• Case noting for unit staff counselors.
• Filing for unit staff counselors.
• Assemble unit staff work schedules.
• Contact customers to confirm appointments and verify pertinent information.
• Provide back-up reception desk duties including answering incoming calls and processing arriving clients / visitors to the office.
• Undertake unforeseen tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills :

• Exceptional typing skills, preferably 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.
• Proficiency in computer literacy with familiarity in MS Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of office machines such as copiers, fax machines, printers, and label printers.

Misc. Information :

• Shift timing for this role is usually 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
• Public Transportation : Office located within walking distance (2 city blocks) from nearest subway and bus stops.
• Interviews : Conducted in-person at this time.
• Training : Training will be provided.
